Brass Monkey Swimwear is not legally responsible when a customer asks for a design that happens to be similar to someone else's design, whether it has been seen or not. Please do NOT send me a sample preview of someone else's work therefore it can not hold me at all responsible for "seeing" the other person's design and/or work. Most times customers will send me their ideas, we will create and sketch the design, and THEN I find that it was similar in SOME ways to someone else's design. This is not something that I am or will be responsible for. This responsibility falls on the customer to understand that they can not request a design that is so closely to another they have seen on the web, especially one not made by Brass Monkey Swimwear.
Brass Monkey Swimwear is not legally responsible for any photos posted on the Internet that do not provide our business name or business ownership name. Any photos on the Web/social media pages that do not proclaim our business name or business ownership name in the photo that are questioned we are not legally responsible for and please contact us immediately and we will gladly remove them. This includes but is not limited to photos of people, animals, retail, places and cartoons. Any misuse of photos on the web containing our Legal name, Legal Logo or business ownership name we will be forced to fully prosecute in a court of law.
Custom Designs are only sketched and approved by the customer and once approved by the customer created. Any Alterations after is charged at $20 per hour and any hardware or fabric needed is paid for by the customer.
The customer, upon purchasing, agrees to release Brass Monkey Swimwear from any fault due to customer requests. To understand better what is too "close" to another designers or web owner's designs ... the swimsuit has to be different in some way than someone else's designs. However, you may request elements that someone else has used because last time I checked straps, hardware, triangles, Bandeaux's, rouging, bows, lace, braiding, pearls, sequins, ruffles, buttons, patchwork, monokinis, layering, fringe etc. were not created by any specific fashion designer in this world. Those were all things that came along WAY before the internet world. So you MAY request these things in your design and continue doing so. You may not change or alter our design and advertise it as Brass Monkey Swimwear.

We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not ever give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We will gladly exchange it if it follows our exchange policy.
Refunds and Chargebacks All designs are sold as seen unless custom specified. No refunds are given on any of our products at any time, even if you decide down the line to cancel your order, we do not accept this. If you decide to do a claim we will fight it all the way. Brass Monkey Swimwear will never give out personal client information to any one. Your identity is protected under privacy laws.
